As women of the parish search for a deeper relationship with their God, Women on the Journey helps them to a better understanding of themselves and others as they come to know the Holy One. Formed in 1990, Women on the Journey allows participants to share their doubts, their fears, their concerns and their joys and celebrations. The group's goals are to strengthen and deepen one's personal faith in God, to build time and space for God into every day and to develop friendships with other women. Since the beginning, over 100 women have participated in Women on the Journey.
This program, includes time to be in dialogue, reading, and prayer. Whether it be a book discussion or bible study, women come to grow in their relationship with Christ through small groups which allow for searching, sharing and discovery.
Women find this group a richly rewarding experience which may open one's eyes to a new way of knowing God. Any and all women are welcome. The group meets on a weekly basis.

Attend a bible study in the lands where Scripture was written. Filmed on location in Israel and Turkey, Faith Lessons are an indepth video tours of the buried, distant and otherwise forgotten places where the stories of the Bible actually happened. By weaving together fascinting historical, cultural, religious and geographical contexts teacher and historian Ray Vander Laan reveals keen insights into the Scripture's significance for believers in this day and age. We will do one DVD for a five to six week session. There is no monumental study involved and only plan on an hour for the study. Please join us. If you have any questions please contact Judy Snyder at the church office or if you plan on attending.
