Perrysburg Christians United (PCU)

"The PCU serves in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to provide assistance to individuals, families, and the community to foster comfort of mind, body, and spirit during needful situations."

When did the PCU begin?

In March of 1973, The Rev. Ron Martell, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, and Betty Jacoby, of St. Rose Catholic Church, had a vision to serve those in need in our community. They invited all Perrysburg churches to attend a meeting on March 22. From that meeting sprung the Perrysburg Christians United.

How does the PCU help?

Each church collects donated items to assist families in need from northern Wood County for distribution at the pantry including some financial assistance. If you need help with rent or utilities, call on the first day of the month (only): 419.407.7857
